The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) is inviting application forms for the same.

Through the implementation of the scheme, the UPPCL aims to provide new electricity connections for private tubewells in a hassle-free manner to all. Under the scheme, UPPCL would ensure the quick processing of applications from applicant families through an online process. Any consumer who wishes to get a new connection for their private tubewells can now reach out to the UPPCL or visit the Jan Suvidha centres.

In order to avail of the benefits of the yojana, one can apply online and here is how one can go about it:

  • The first step is to visit the official UPPCL website
  • On the homepage, click on the “Apply for New Electricity Connection for Private Tube well” link which is under the “Connection services” section
  •  Accordingly, the new page for the online application would open as shown here:
  • Here, the applicant can click on the “Online application for New Electricity connection for Private Tube well” tab
  • Further, the login page for the New Private Tubewell connection in Uttar Pradesh will open up
  • Then the applicants can click on “For new registration click here” button to open the UPPCL New Electricity connection for Private Tube well online registration form
  • The applicant can enter the name, date of birth, email ID, Mobile number and click on the “Register” button to complete the UPPCL new Private tube well connection online registration form filling process.

  1. Once registered, the user will have to log in from the login page to apply for a new electricity connection for the Private tube well through Login credentials sent on his/her registered mobile number or email ID
  2. After registering, the user will have to log in from the login page using details received on his/her registered mobile number and e-mail ID to apply for a new electricity connection for private tube wells.
  3. On the login panel, the applicant will have to fill in the details like login ID/Registered mobile number, password and captcha in the respective fields and then click on the login button.
