Applicants can now download the Odisha Ration card form in 2021 in PDF format from the official website of the Odisha Food and Civil Supplies Department. By filling out this application form, applicants can now apply for a new ration card.

To streamline the process further, the department has also released the PDS Odisha Ration card list in a district-wise manner. All citizens residing in Odisha who has made fresh registrations for a ration card can now check their names in the eligible list of NFSA or APL beneficiaries.
